Tantrums
It sucks to grow up.
I can't throw tantrums whenever I like.
So when I get angry, what do I do?
Re-frame.
Re-framing is giving the other party the benefit of the doubt.
When your love arrives late for a date, you tell yourself the maybe he/ she is held up at a traffic jam. And that he/ she is feeling worse than you are (stress from the situation and you.)
When your mother nags, you tell yourself she nags because she loves you a lot.
Anger manifests in itself. It grows larger and larger until it consumes you until you can't see Reason.
Time to cope with anger and grow up a bit :)
Because holding it in will not help either.

sadly i must confess that, in very specific situations, it's orgasmic to let anger grows bigger and bigger.
a french psychiatrist says that "growing up is renouncing to be almighty".
so let's try to grow up and calm our anger down.
