I Wonder
How do you keep the love and patience for someone who doesn't know how to love themselves.
And you cannot shake your head to walk away because you care for them too much.
And more importantly, you cannot stand to let them reinforce the false notion that no one loves them so they have to stay in the lousy situation that they are in now.
So you sit around and listen to lame excuses and false hopes.
No matter how much benefit of the doubt I can give, excuses for not loving my friends will always be excuses.
I hope this nightmare ends soon.
