Make a whole new religion

There's been a new US Immigration Regulation wherein it states any non-US citizen must load their pics on his/her blog taken from his/her previous trip(s) to the USA before being allowed entry into the Country again. Those found in breach of this Regulation shall be made to swallow 50 giant hot dogs with extra mustard and cheese or until the stomach ruptures, whichever occurs earlier.
